At Valencia Real Estate Consultants, we pride ourselves on our extensive experience in real estate counseling and the comprehensive development of real estate transactions in both the city and its surrounding area.
Staff
Our sales agent team, specialized in real estate marketing, is actively involved in the real estate market for the benefit of not only homeowner clients who entrust us with the sale or rental of their properties but also potential buyers, renters or investors who request us to search for properties for rent or sale.
Miguel Ángel Valencia
He began his real estate career in 1958 in the city of Mar del Plata by working for A. C. Taquini y Cia firm, where he remained until 1972. During that same year, he earned his Real Estate Auctioneer and Broker license.
In 1974, he founded Valencia Real Estate Consultants.
Between 1978 and 1982, he served as a Regular Member of the Board of Directors of Colegio de Martilleros y Corredores Públicos (the Argentine equivalent of the National Association of Realtors), Mar del Plata Legal Department, and between 1990 and 2002 he became once again a member of the Board of Directors serving as Treasurer.
In 1983, he was a co-founder of Ordenador Inmobiliario (Computer-Aided Real Estate Transactions) –the first Network of Mar del Plata’s real estate brokerage firms-, which subsequently merged with Pimas (Mar del Plata’s Real Estate Professionals at your Service). At present, this is the most important Network System in the city, encompassing more than 70 Real Estate Brokerage Firms.
Since 1989 up to present, he has been a member of Rotary International.
Since 1992, he has been a member of the Real Estate Appraisal Committee of General Pueyrredón Municipality, becoming a reference concerning real estate appraisal in both the city and its surrounding area.
Between 1995 and 2005, he was granted membership in the Board of Directors of Mar del Plata’s Production, Industry and Trade Union –UCIP, acronym in Spanish–, serving as treasurer for 6 years.
In 2001, as a representative of UCIP, he was one of the promoters of Mar del Plata’s Strategic Program, serving as the first Coordinator of its Joint Commission.
In 2004, he took a Postgraduate Program in Negotiation at Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA).
In 2006, he took an Executive Program in Real Estate Developments at Universidad de Palermo (City of Buenos Aires).

Francisco Valencia
In 1997, he started working for Valencia Real Estate Consultants and was granted his Real Estate Auctioneer and Broker license in 2001.
Between 2001 and 2002, he served as a real estate agent at the Housing Department of Tecnocasa real estate franchise company in its Rontegui Branch (Barakaldo, Spain). In 2003, he graduated from Centro de Estudios Mikeldi (Bilbao, Spain) with a Higher Technician degree in Sales Management and Marketing.
From 2004 onwards, he has served once again as one of the people in charge of the firm.
In 2006, he took an Executive Program in Real Estate Developments at Universidad de Palermo (City of Buenos Aires).

Noelia Morales
In 1998, she joined the company serving as an administrative secretary; she was granted her Real Estate Auctioneer and Broker license in 2001.
From 2004 onwards, she has been working as a commercial real estate consultant, specializing in apartments and townhouses.

Adrián Muscio
He has been a Product Designer since 2001. Between 2004 and 2006, he served as a commercial real estate consultant in Lochocki y Asociados real estate brokerage firm.
He started working for the company as a commercial real estate consultant in mid-2006.
Ángeles Garcia
She joined the company at the beginning of 2006 and has served as an administrative secretary ever since.
